The Televerse #408- Spotlight on Barry Season 2

While there was plenty of TV this week, only a handful of shows piqued Noel and Kate’s interest, sending us searching back through the recent archives for our spotlight section. First up, we talk through the week’s more notable episodes, including season two of Netflix’s Aggretsuko, the finale of The Amazing Race’s CBS reality alumnae season, a FitzSimmons-centric Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, another emotional Queen Sugar, and yet another wild, but somewhat scattered Claws. Then we move over to the spotlight section and catch up with season two of HBO’s Barry. With a little time to reflect since the finale, how does season two compare with season one? Did the series manage to live up to its masterful season one finale, and did it validate the decision to bring the show back for a second and now third season, despite the seeming finality of the first season’s ending? All of this and more as we look at another interesting and entertaining week of TV.
