As the re-visit of Hannibal‘s first season winds down, we here at This Is Our Design have learned several useful things. Something to note: Combing one’s hair generates static electricity. Something else to note: Combing the desert yields very little.
What do co-hosts Sean Colletti and Kate Kulzick do when they’re not wielding combs and setting each other on fire? (It’s a common activity ’round here.) (It’s not, really.) They talk with intelligent people about Hannibal, such as Sound On Sight‘s own Simon Howell. This week’s discussion features—among other things—thoughts on cliffhangers, Abigail as a narrative device, and technical flourishes (visual and aural). Also, enjoy Sean trying to say things in French. As always, expect an excellent “Kate’s Classical Corner,” “The Devil in the Details,” and “Spoiled Meat” to round out this penultimate episode of Hannibal season one. Please feel free to join the discussion by leaving a comment.
