The Olympics have given us one more light week of television, but with a handful of premieres to preview, there’s still plenty to discuss on the podcast. First we take a look at some of the coming week’s pilots and premieres (Mixology, Legit, The Americans, and The Red Road), then we talk through a lighter week in television, including the About a Boy and The Amazing Race premieres, and we round things out with another installment of our Informed Opinions series. This time, we’re joined by two doctors, Steph and Rob, to discuss representations of doctors and medicine on television.
